Welcome to West Carroll Primary School.

Mission: WCPS is dedicated to the task of guiding our students to achieve their maximum potential of academic, technological, physical, and social growth to become productive citizens of the 21st century.

I am Jackie Coleman Wester, a proud 1989 graduate of the West Carroll School System. I attended The University of Tennessee at Martin where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood education, a Master's in Administration and Supervision and completed my +30 hours above my Masters. This is my 22nd year in education. I started my teaching career at McKenzie Elementary and I have been in the West Carroll School System since 1998. I taught 4th and 6th grade Reading for 16 years and I am currently in my 7th year as principal at WCPS.

I have two beautiful adult daughters whom I am very proud of.

We have an awesome group of students and staff!

West Carroll Special School District is a "Great" system to be in and I am proud to be a product of it!
